Kyle made time in his busy schedule to work us in when we needed the tank pumped immediately due to a back up. He was professional, exhibited that he knows what he is doing, and took the time to answer questions. He will be our "go to" person for this service again. I highly recommend Watson Septic. Don't waste your time calling anyone else!

Kyle Watson is amazing! He knows is stuff! Great at what he does and explains everything to help you better understand to avoid future problems. He’s efficient and respectful of your property. I’ve used him at 2 different properties. One was just a tank empty prior to selling my house.
This time was an emergent situation and he fit us in after the end of his day! We had a clog in the line somewhere. When emptying the tank wasn’t fixing the issue he said the cover to the tank needed to be uncovered (dig 4’x1.5’x1’). Even as his day should’ve been over, he didn’t hesitate and hand dug it, all while answering my multiple questions. He easily could’ve said that the additional work would have to be done the following day or longer. 1 1/2 + hours after his day should’ve been done is when he left. Above and beyond!
Even as an emergency charge with additional work needed, he was extremely reasonable!
I will definitely continue to call him and can’t recommend him enough! BTW even though I didn’t need it, someone I respect highly recommended Watson Septic as well!

Excellent Service— affordable, on time, and friendly! Kyle replaced our septic tank’s baffle, he explained everything clearly, used the higher quality glue sealant, and afterwards even smoothed and watered the grass he had dug up. Truly went above and beyond— highly recommend!
Great service! While pumping the TWO septic tanks, Kyle answered my questions about my septic system with knowledge and experience. The camera inspection of the tanks was informative. The cost of the service was very competitive. I recommend Watson Septic service.
Watson came out same day as I called! Showed me the inner workings of my system. He showed me the maintenance I need to do yearly on my system. Answered all my questions asked. And did a complete job. Cleaned all my compartments. Definitely call them out again in 3 years
Haven’t used anyone else and there’s no need to. He knows what he’s doing and gets the job done. I told him 2 years ago, after our last septic pump, to call me in 2 years and he was right on target. Good for another 2 years! Thanks!
